We probably won't make this one per se. We are heading up that way that weekend, but are going further north into some of the areas we haven't really explored before, been around but never into the heart of it so to speak. We are going up into the Sheldon and Thousand Creek area.

Damn I wish I was around! They have a really bitchin' CJ-7 at Soldier Meadows that was converted to six wheel drive with M151 IFS bits. It is worth checking out for the ranch-gineering that went into it.

Look both ways when crossing dirt roads on the Sheldon and vicinity right now.

Supposedly there are so many trucks working on the natgas pipeline up there right now that it could be mistaken for LA.

Let us know how good or bad it is. Catnip reservoir opened last weekend if you want 1 fish, but Dufferena's usually fun - especially this time of year.

Yeah, they just moved most of their operation from Winnemucca to Vya. Apparently, they have set up a "man camp" up there. Should be interesting.
