Here is my LC I bought this Spring. Its and 02 with now around 35K( pics below show milege). Mint new condition from original owner in FL. I put 295 BFG's then removed boards and installed OME lift. BIO front and back bumpers match paint trim Warn 12K winch. 2000W ac/DC converter, Ipod, compressor, dual battery. Waitin on sliders. Now Im on to SAS or BL. Spresso might be able to help in that department. Ive beeen a Mudder for a few yrs. I'll post pics of my baby, Baby Blue 1978 Scout II w/ 37's on the thread so people know what i'm going for and Yes thats my 1998 LX 470 in the background 2.5" AHC lift with 55k miles. Let Me know what you all think. Thanks JK:)

Nice fleet.

Thanks. I forgot. My lift on the 02 is 2.5" and i want 3.5-4" thats why im looking at SAS or BL. Ive owned 4 LC or LX's in the past 3 yrs before I got these Gems.

again forgot.. my LC has rear and Mid diff lock prob going to ARB front and rear though. also depends what I do w/ SAS or BL. Im not takin this bay on hard trails til 75k. BIO Roof rack low profile like african outback is on the way. Thanks Mike

Very nice 100 and Scout.

How can you be trying to decide between a body lift (at max, couple hundred if you get someone else to install it) vs a solid axle swap (which would easily be a 5-10K dollar job depending on if you used new parts and or did some of the work yourself)?
Thats like saying, i want to get a fast car, i am torn between a honda civic and a porsche 911 GT3 RS.

Also, how do you have a rear diff locker if you have an 02? Factory rear diff lockers were only an option on 98-99 100LCs.

well again,

im not going to trail ride this for another 40-50k miles. Thats why BL for now. Know matter what I'm going SAS with this truck or if i can find an 80 with less than 100k. Thats like fishing for a spec of dirt in a hay stack!!! if you get my drift.

Maybe Cristo can give me a deal. Sim's LC was awsome he built. I have an expert craftsman/offroader that is willing to do the SAS for under 10k. He is a Jeep guy, but again were going SAS so theres not much difference but tri'in to match axle widths.
