Almost everyone made it up the washout no problem. Pretty sure we had almost every make out on this run

A couple of the pretty ones took the bypass up and around the washout. No judging, they have adventures ahead anyways
Ahh carburetor troubles... stalling out bad on Imogene the day before had me taking it easy that morning. I suspect I won't have that issue this year... :steer:

SAS 1 was rad, can't wait to get my 60 back out there this year!

best part of the whole trail is coming over this ridge and that view that unfolds

I don’t get the hype of how hard this trail is. But what I do get and no one ever mentions is this view

Had to circle everyone up and get our waterfall fix in and decide where lunch is

Everyone pauses for 5 minutes here, cell service I blame for it haha

Ran into another random landcruiser so of course we had to stop and chit chat for a bit, great to see the 40 still kicking it

So this trail is my favorite trail in the Ouray area. It’s not the hardest, but it does offer some killer views. And if you want to play some it has some fun spots as well

Poser Rock is always a good time as well

take a looky look around enjoys the views, take your rig to the edge of a solid 1500 ft drop

just don’t do it solo or it will take you 30 min of get out check get out check wait do it one more time.

but I did and gave the rest of the crew time to get to the bottom and roam around

Should be 6-8 rigs in that picture

Had one of this troopers back in the day, it was pretty awesome seeing this young kid and his mom show up out here by themselves and willing to give it a try knowing nothing about the area and not much about wheeling

gave them some tips tricks and a bunch of info and they were much happier about their trip and seemed very appreciative with all the knowledge.

i put him out on Poser Rock and he couldn’t have been more excited ( he didn’t know it was a thing and wouldn’t have done it solo even if he knew). We both got some smiles and memories for a life time now.

We had to be semi quick there was rain coming but it did take me 30 min or so to creep myself out there
