Do you have the shifter that goes with them? If I'm not mistaken the shifter hydraulic A442F's is P-R-N-D-3-2-L with no button for O/D whereas all the others are P-R-N-D-2-L and have the O/D button on the side

Yes, the shifter is also available for the hydraulic 442. You are correct about the pattern.
Manifold is not available

Can you source the followings for a 2000 LC 100 grey interior
1) A-piller grabe handle on right side
2) B-piller filler cap at the very bottom (I think it covers the seat belt bolt - looks square shaped) - Left side
3) 2nd row cup holder panel (on the back side of front center console): Panel clips on to the cup holder tray
4) JDM fog lights (clear lense) both sides
