I've seen pictures of asian model 100 series landcruisers with a rearview mirror located on the front left panel of the vehicle.Does anyone know how or where to get one.And also do they come painted to the color of your vehicle or do you have to have it painted. Thanks for any input.........

its called a fender under mirror. thera are a lot of styles to choose from but there is one that really looks like the on that came from the LC100. most generics cost around 20USD you have two options to mount it, either you drill holes in teh fender or clip it in the hood.

it is annoying to drive at first but you will eventually get used to it.

Hey,

I've got a used one here somewhere (doesn't mean I can find it though :D ).

Where are you? Or more specifically, which side of the road do you drive?
If we are thinking of the same one OEM JDM-spec, then you'll have to come up with a creative way of mounting it, unless you are going to let your better-half on the passenger check for clearance under the front bumper and left front fenderwell.

Let me know if I can do anything for you. I think a long time ago I've posted a couple of pics of it, even with the part number. But it must have been a year or more ago.

Anyway, let me know if I can assist you!

Im here in new york where we drive on the "right" side of the road not the "wrong" side, just kidding. Is there a company that i can order the mirror from. I see pictures of them on the japanese lexus versions alot.Thank you......

They are OEM so you'll have to get them from Toyota.

I see them regularly on Yahoo auction here so if you are desperate I would be happy to help you.

Let me know if you still want to go forward with it even though it's designed to mount at the left front corner of the Cruiser.
