Yep, heavier for sure but it looks to be built right. Sure wish it had metal decking rather than the wood but that's something I can change down the road a bit. Waiting to hear back from him on some dimensions.

Butch Baker did a nice install of some light weight yet strong steel for a trailer deck. I think it was the stuff in bleachers...C channel. WAY lighter than wood and knowing how cheap Butch is, was probably cheaper

I would deal with the weight until the wood buckles.

Those look perfect Jrob. I really like the look.

How is the gearing and the road manners now?

10-12# is the sweet spot for crawling with these tires. Maybe a bit more in the front to help steer.
