Hell, they were good little boys and were in bed every night by 10. I guess I'll have to go on the next one to keep up the CLC rep! I'll test this theory in a few days in TX!

It just wasn't the same without you Bodean. At one point I tried to play Snake Farm on my cell phone but we couldn't even get through the whole song...

X2.....WTF....no story at ALL...does Nolan have to go on ALL outings so I can live vicariously?

pics or it didn't happen

Just for you Shush I will spend the next 20 minutes of my life putting together a trip report for you.
It is probably te closest you will ever get to wheeling your project.

So, Jrob has spent the better part of 4 months letting Bossman and Lenny have their way with El Toro.

March arrived and with the trees around Jrob's house budding with new life so was El Toro.

Since all the O73 has for wheeling is dug up culvert pipes on mud pits Jrob was itching to test out his Bolivian FrankinCruiser before taking it on a test run to Mason, Texas. Also he wanted to test out his new 40 ft long goose neck trailer, test out the new Cottonland stickers and sleep in his new camper atop the trailer and his new 2011 Ford F250 4x4 that has 2 water pumps.
Why two Shush?
Because its Jrobs.
Jrob is a plumber but also a Arab.

Bossman had to work as a guide at Superlift the first weekend of March because...

#1 He is the s***.
#2 he was gonna be there anyway.

If Bossman is going somewhere then his Robin (BOMAR "check, check on the mic") will be with him.

They asked Jrob to come up for the weekend.
He asked me to go but I said no and held out till he offered a free spot on the new 40FT trailer and a place to sleep in the trailer.

Friday morning we loaded up for a trip to Hot Springs. Thats in Arkansas Shush, where Cottonland holds the Cruiser Crawl every October when Lenny doesn't have to deal with birthdays.

Because you haven't been to Hot Springs yet, no trip is complete without a stop at the Yellow Jacket for a Hubcap cheeseburger and fries in Sheridan, Arkansas.

When we arrived we found Bossman and Bomar waiting on us. Bossman had trailer problems.

Freakin trailers are Hell on earth as most 40 owners know. Because we are not cool like Greg and haul our sh*t from place to place...

After a quick stop at Bud's Liquor, we arrived a t Superlift ORV.

We unloaded the trucks, backed the trailer in spot #15. A spot favored by many in the cruiser community that have large trailers.

Unlike our president, who would make the rounds saying hey to everybody. Off we went to wheel. We did a couple of level 3 trails and because it had rained some that day we had to winch up several slabs on Fun Run.

We arrived back in camp in the dark, made some roast beef wraps and told Bodean jokes till around 10pm. Bossman and Bomar had a hotel room that night because the threat of bad weather.
Jrob and I slept in the new camper, on the new trailer, pulled by the new truck in camp site #15 that every cruiser owner with long trailers and big truck love.

The weather arrived around 3:30 and quit around 5:30. No big deal because the new camper in not a new tent or old army tent and doesn't leak.

Bomar and Bossman arrived and woke us up around 8:30 am.

Chris....I feel complete now. I also want a cheese burger really bad.

Still foggy on why Jrob needs 2 water pumps........

I have actually been to Hot Springs, but never to the park.....it was back in high school before Mud, common sense, or the ability to buy beer legally.

Jrob....you are ridiculous, your truck is ridiculous, your trailer is ridiculous, the motel 6 on the trailer is ridiculous.........glad yall had a good time.

continueing to live vicariously as you type.........Shhusshh

Bossman as one of the seven trail leaders put us and four jeepers in his group.
We left out around 10am.

We did PowerWagon Hill and Rubicon Ridge that morning.
Came back for lunch and then moved into some of the F Trails.

Ravine, Gorge, Slammer, Gourge and a few others.

Jrob's truck did great. His only problem was he had rented some Italian Cajun's tires to wheel with.

The tires would be great for a Katemcy type rock but the just slid around the Arkansas rocks...

Trailer issues tend to reveal themselves at the Yellow Jacket.

It was a cold day Saturday, but the beer was colder.

Another good reason to wheel at Superlift. New Belgium Beers!

After many years of wheeling with Bodean, I was away from his influence and put under the influence of Bossman.

To the Level 4 and 5 trails we went.

Slammer got my Right Rear Quarter panel and Bomar's door.

First real body damnage in 5 years of wheeling.

We finished up just about dark and I asked our leader and a benevolent God Bossman what time McClard's BBQ closed.

Bossman, who knows more about Land Cruisers than just about anybody didn't know what time McClard's closes. He knows land cruisers but not the BBQ scene.

I told him lets find out!

McClard's is worthy of much discussion. But we now have a food thread and if you don't screw that thread up Shush, much will be learned from it.

Sunday arrived, Bossman and Bomar stayed in camp that night and unlike most Sunday rides. We hit the trails, Can Opener and 4 fingers. Bomar was sent to my truck as passenger because Bossman was about to get serious!!!
More winching was required by me but what a great day.

We loaded the trailers and were home by 7pm.

Great weekend!

Thanks Jrob for sponsoring a great weekend.
Thanks Bossman for the invite and trail guiding.
Thanks Bomar for keeeping me laughing and being my passenger on Sunday.

Thanks Chris.....your 20 minutes was worth it.......admit it...it was fun to do show and tell wasn't it

im going to find that food thread and post detailed directions to McDonalds

Glad I could be of some comic relief till the "early" time of 10:00pm (Losers).

I'm giving up on trying to keep your truck nice. Too much outside influence and the Force is very strong! Tear it up son! I'll try to sell some tires for ya so you can fix it.
