Ash, it sure does. I already have plans to replace the leaking water heater with my next "payment". That with a long list of things to do. If only it would be the same time to payoff the house too!

Aww, Shucks, Gees, Mikey, i didn't know you were so thoughtful, but I think I will stay with my "take home" work truck as my DD. The 80 pretty much only gets some miles on the weekends, so she should be around for awhile.
