ISO Part Number Rearview Mirror (1 Viewer)

My rear view mirror shakes tremendously. I’ve narrowed it down to these little metal pieces not being secured down tightly due to stripped screws.

I believe this windshield was replaced before I got it and they over-torqued and stripped the screws and holes on the mounting bracket.

Does anyone know where I can get replacement brackets and screws? On the silver metal piece, I believe there are supposed to be two screws. I only had one when I went to disassemble it.
