Just wanted to update everyone on the most recent issue with the AHC leak.
Luckily, my service advisor placed it under the 90 day warranty instead of my MaxCare so I was able to avoid paying my $300 deductible.
It was a seamless experience. My wife dropped off the vehicle. They confirmed the leak and that it needed to go to the Lexus dealership (across the street). They called me back a week later to confirm it was completed. I picked it up roughly 10 days after it was dropped off.
I’m assuming the MaxCare experience will be similar but with the addition of the $300 deductible.
