So I just picked up a set of FJ Cruiser 17" steel wheels for my 97' 80. I am now in the market for a set of rubber for them. I am going to get LT 255/75/17, which are 32X10X17, kind of a taller and skinnier look which I like.

Anyway my question to you all is I found this deal on eBay that seems to good to pass up. A set of BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM LRC, for $319.00 plus shipping. Here is the link to see for yourself:
eBay Motors: 4 New LT 255 75 17 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM Tires Jeep (item 400035629377 end time Mar-17-09 05:18:08 PDT)

Let me know what you all think...to good to be true?

Nope....They are all over the place at that price. Let me know when you want to go bigger so I can put them on my 4runner.

I had 295/75/16s on my 80

Hey hows it going? I have been out of town for the last ten weeks. I past by your house the other day and saw the 40 tucked nicely behind the fence. Have you had her out yet?

Yeah I think I am going to go for it. Once I put the OME 861/862's on it should look pretty good. Myself and another local Cruiserhead are meeting up at the Gas Light tonight around 630 if you are interested.

See you around

I work till 8 on Mondays...Are you stalking other cruiser guys? There's a guy a Troy who has a 100 series and a 40. I think he sent the 40 to be restored somewhere. I miss going to the Gaslight every other day for years. The little kids put a stop to that, we still get up there every once in awhile.

I started the 40 last week sometime, put some air in the tires and thats about it.

Alright.....stalking no. He actually was stalking me...hahaha

Well if you every want to grab a beer, let me know. I am always game. Even if it is in the driveway. I got a stash of some good beer from out west, we could bust out.

I look forward to catching a glimpse of the 40 around the Ridge.

Well this is a good thing.

Do you like Fat Tire?

Actually, my honest opinion....Fat Tire is the most overated beer made. I do like the NB Blue Paddle. Most everyone I know loves the Fat Tire, I think its to sweet? maybe. Who knows, we pretty much drink Sierra nevada Pale Ale at my house. I think we must purchase 75% of what Biggs sells.

Yeah I would have to agree with you. I am too a lover of Sierra Nevada. But my true favorite is Summit Extra Pale Ale. Anyway, anytime you want to grab a beer let me know.
