I've been doing alot of research and I have pretty much decided on purchasing a 2006 GX470. I found one with 114k miles for $9500. It already has had the air suspension removed and I researched the service records. Everything looks good and the previous owner (1) kept it taken care of. I plan to use it for hunting and fishing and my end state is to put a winch on it, with front and rear afm bumpers. So, before I pull the trigger do you all think this is a good deal?

I've been looking at prices quite a bit recently since mine was just totaled ( I bought it back but needed info for negotiation ), and it sounds pretty good to me. If it's clean, has a good CarFax, and the maintenance records show it was looked after proper, I'd say go for it.
Sounds like a really good deal. I just checked the Miramar Motorsports website and they are selling slightly built GX470s starting at $19K. The labor and parts for the mild build should be no more than $4K. I would definetly buy a clean one from a private party for under $10K.
