The one on our 2000 leaks. I want to seal it up and pull the fuse, but can I do this without unplugging something else?

Thanks. So just pull No 50 and I am good? What about 47? Confused.

On my son's 2000, we disconnected the switch in the overhead console.

Depends on what model year you have.

Unplugging the switch in the overhead console is easy and accomplishes the same outcome per jLBs recommendation.

On your 2000 the moonroof is powered by the 40A “power” fuse which also powers the windows, door locks, and seats. Don’t remove it.

To disable the moonroof unplug the switch in the overhead console. Open the swing-down compartment and remove one screw into the roof. Then pull down on the console hard to release the four corner clips holding it on to the roof. Tape the loose connector after you unplug it to prevent rattles.

Ayune: Thanks for the tip. I pulled the plug to the sunroof switches today and sealed the roof seam with a quality clear sealant. Looks good. Truck has ~300K miles on it, so the fact the sunroof doesn't open is ok with me. Appreciate the help.
