Is the price right? 129k 2003 LX470 excellent shape, lots of mods for 24k?

Ive looked at other classifieds for modded LX470s for comparison and this seems fair enough?

I can add up about 10k of parts at least added onto the car not including labor, I feel like I would do most of this work anyway so why not? I inspected the vehicle and its in excellent shape inside and out, drives fine, no signs of rust. Any advice would be very welcome!

Figure what the truck is worth stock, and then figure 50% of the value of the mods. A 25k 100 series is a tough sell for me when you can get into a pretty nice 200 for that money.

I like the truck. I love the color. Mods are tasteful. It’s not a $25k truck but if you love it found it and no other in sight - then personal call.

Not sure why anyone would care what a seller paid for their choices.

A couple of things about mods. They are done for the owners enjoyment. His labor to install the mods has no value and the mods were purchased retail and will sell at wholesale or less. Does he have receipts ? What is the truck worth without the mods ? Also why no skid plates ?
