Title says it all. I got into an accident and need to replace the left headlamp, marker, turn signal and chrome grill. Japanese parts are expensive. Hoping to find compatible 4 runner parts. Thanks

thanks. that sucks it is right hand drive, maybe I should buy 2 new headlights then that way they match or is it more a matter of headlamp aming that the problem is?

I think it's the lenses.... In the US the light pattern sweeps up to the right to light up road signs, yours probably sweep up to the left for the same reason. If you had US bulbs, they would point right into oncoming traffic. It's best to replace headlighs in pairs, so yes, get a new pair. The grill and turnsignals should be a direct swap though....

it is not an aiming issue but the actual pattern in the lens of the unit, pictures are from a post by mot.

E-Code pattern for people who drive on the right side of the road, pattern cutoff rises to the right to illuminate street signs, pedestrians etc.:

Obviously if you have the wrong pattern lens for your location the pattern cutoff rising is not going to be illuminating the side of the road but the faces of oncoming traffic.
