IRONMAN VS OME Suspension Lift for FJ

To add to the mix - I lifted my 100 with Koni shocks and King Springs - Fantastic - I sold it 80,000ks later and no difference - the installation was great and they kept all the measurements to retune it anytime I needed - They took into acount the load pattern of the vehicle and spaced the left rear due to rear mounted tyre. Might be worth asking the question during the installation of your Ironman.

Cheers Dobster

You might also want to consider some new UCAs, sooner then later. Light Racing, was my choice because you can adjust the camber/caster with them.

Sometimes alignment shops have a tough time getting the alignment back to factory specs with a 2-3" lifted FJ.

I seemed to be fine at first and then late last year, they could not get it right..I installed a set of LR UCAs about a month ago, alignment was almost spot on from install and was easy to align.

It really seems to drive better since. Also if you ever decide to go with 315s you would need to replace them anyway.

Not sure if Mtbcoach replaced his..Looks like he has 35x10, so maybe not an issue??

On & Offroad control.
See ya at CoalMine, or maybe in 2 weeks at NH Springfling.

What size swamper's are you running?

How are they on the highway?

Noise level?

I've got 285/70/17's but want to move up to 34's.

Looking for something a bit quieter than my Wrangle MT's. I know a MT will not be quiet just want a bit less noise.

You will be hard pressed to find anything in a 34" tire that makes less noise then the Wrangler MT's. I'm pleasantly surprised how quiet the 35's (BFG KM2's) I have on our FZJ80 but don't think they make anything in a 34" tire...
