Does anyone have the part list for hardware to install an Ironman deluxe bumper to a 2011 LC200? Ironman won’t sell just the hardware (ARB is the same way, FYI).

So I need a parts list with thread sizes, etc. if anyone is privy to that. I’ve asked Ironman and no response.

If they do let me know, I really wanted to retrofit my first gen trail tailor bumper with that threaded anchor plate but none of the manufacturers would sell just the hardware.

My frame mount is gussetted so that plate is 99% unnecessary, it was just an insurance policy for my anxiety, though I will say 80k miles in the frame mount has been fine.

Will do. Looking through the installation guide it mentions M8, M12, and M14 bolts. I’ll likely just have to get the bumper first and measure to see what lengths I will need. Hopefully the threaded anchor plate is on this one!

I don’t think it would be that hard to fab them. It’s just a block of steel with some notches cut into the ends to allow it to rotate and a single hole drilled and tapped in it. For me it’s probably 4-6 hours in the garage measuring, cutting, grinding, painting, tapping them, then measuring 8 times and working up the nerve to drill a hole in my bumper mount to thread the rod through it. It’s just been such a low priority I’ve never gotten to it.

@linuxgod also posted the correct dimensions for the nut plate.
