Anyone drilled holes for the parking sensors with the Ironman Classic bumper? Anyone have pictures of how the parking sensors sit, orientation wise, for the Classic or Premium? Want to have a good idea on the mounting and orientation so I could plan out where the holes should be. Thanks in advance.

Do you still have your factory bumpers? I believe there's a notch for the correct orientation (clocking) of the sensors. If you can see that on your old bumpers, you should be able to translate to your Ironman. Once you drill the hole, just use a flat jewelers file to make a notch in the hole to fit the sensor.
As far as locating the sensors, I'd measure the distance between the two front sensors horizontal, and as vertical as possible for vertical. Then measure the distance from the front sensor out to the side, horizontal, and then again keep it vertical.
I have the MetalTech bumpers and my sensors work great, but they (YotaMasters) told me it was a little bit of a trick getting the sensors clocked (rotated) correctly since the MetalTech front bumpers did not have the notch.
Hope this helps.

Thanks R2M. I still have not started the project or removong the factory bumper and start the cutting and moving the sensors over. I am trying do as much pre-work as possible to minimize down time. I need to install the BD in place of the fogs and also plan on where the winch controller will sit. I probably will have it standoff like another member. Just trying to work through the process in my mind before I start in case I need to purchase any additional material or tool to save time.

didn't use the sensors in my Iron Man bumper......

serve no real purpose for us.....
Park by Braille?
Backing up... backing up... backing up... Crunch! I'm there!!

Water collects ever so slightly in the ridge on one of mine and can set the sensor off when driving at times. It goes away within the first mile of driving but it is annoying on wet mornings after sitting out in the rain over night.

Yep, I get that too, either with a water droplet, snow or too much mud/dust. I have to go out and just wipe them down.
