I finally had a minute to post my story here with the only goal that nobody else buys this product and experience is what I went through. I had the most recent version of the toe coil overs on my 2015 GX 460. The truck was only driven on dirt roads about a dozen times and never driven hard. As somebody who has owned multiple 80 series lifted land cruisers, I do know what it's like to drive a truck hard and I know how well design suspension can hold up under such stressors. This was such a huge disappointment that I was driving down the road one day and my strut literally just snapped in half. Not only did a damage the CV joint I was just out offloading a few weeks ago and the lower control arm bolt for the away bar sheared off, which had also been damaged when the strut snapped in half. This means that I had to replace my CV joint twice and nearly ended up stranded twice as a result of this failure. The first time it failed it made it so that I could not steer my car at all, which was very scary. I reached out to Toy tech and was completely flabbergasted by their response. They immediately cut me off and just asked me if I had driven the vehicle off road. I responded that I had driven on dirt road about a half a dozen times and they told me that the warranty was void because it does not cover any off-road use. In addition, the manager or the owner, whoever I talk to was extremely rude and ended up cursing at me. I'll be honest I was not super friendly with him after he told me that the warranty wasn't covered because the car been driven off road. I ended up switching out all my suspension for another brand because I have no faith in toy tech. It is sad the way horrible products are made now and all the money is spent on advertising and marketing vs customer service and manufacturing. I would hate for another person to go through what I went through and potentially lose their life or kill someone due to the way this failed.
