#2 timing belt pulley and oil pump (1 Viewer)

I have a 2uz I’m swapping, and have just started with the timing belt/water pump and the bolt for the #2 pulley is stuck and stripped. I’ve tried welding a larger nut on but because it’s recessed in the pulley, I can’t get it to weld. Is the pulley bolted to the oil pump, or to the block through the pump? I’d rather just replace the pump and be done with it if the pulley isn’t bolted to the block
 
Nevermind…. Got impatient and tried to pull the oil pump… the pulley is bolted to the pump. I had to break the baring apart, as there is a cap bolt that you have to access through the pulley. I was able to poke a 7/32 Allen wrench through and get the last bolt and remove the oil pump with the pulley still attached
