Will the rock course be open?

I'll bring the 40 if I get the xfr case repaired in time.

I'm trying to fix my T case in the morning so I won't be heading down until more like lunch time.

Jon, Steve, Bob. What do you think ?

Ed and I talked about this last night after the meeting. Let's do it out near Tom's place. I can either pick you guys up at Tom's and we can go from there, or meet you somewhere. Any recommendations? Time?

Jon

You guys name the time & place, I'll be ready.

There's Cracker Barrel,
Frosts Diner in Warrenton and then head out 17
Not sure of any others along the way or maybe even in Fredricksburg

There's Cracker Barrel....

How about we meet at Cracker Barrel @ 8:00am, then drop the extra cars at Tom's and head down to F-burg? Let me know if that's too early....I know it isn't for Tom.

see ya there

I always like to eat first, see ya there.

Had a great time. Thanks for having the open house. Saw some faces that I had not seen in a while.

John -

You left too early....the Bascomes put on a show in the rock garden...a near roll, smoking tires, some awesome builds and driving, and some plain bad luck (aka carnage). Everything a spectator could ask for!

Glad you came down though, even if only for awhile.

Jon

Post up them pics of the Banzai Bascome's!

Tom and others -

Please post up your pics of the father and son follies at the rock garden!

Perhaps we should take up a collection and buy those two a AAA membership?:D

Jon,

One of the reasons I rushed home - an friend Darren rolled in minutes after I got home with my new to me Jan of 78 FJ40. I did not want to be late after he offered to deliver it. So far the most rust ridden FJ40 that I've ever owned but the mechanically good with a nice frame. I'm thinking Aqualu...if I get real ambitious maybe use the frame from my parts truck to extend this one...but back to reality probably just regular Aqualu. It's all there except for the jumpseats and the jack handles and wouldn't you know it, I just gave Mark Algazy my jack handle!

You should come by and check it out, it will make you think your lucky to have your truck! The tin worm has feasted on this poor truck.
