I have no FAB skillz but if someone could FAB this rack exactly like the INTI, I'd pay between $700-$800 for a great replica.
I have IM'd the owner of the Rack, requesting additional information, pictures, specifications, etc.

We build custom roof racks for all types of cruisers.
Building one similar INTI rack would not be a problem.
Here is one full size rack we build for cruisers.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

I doubt you'd get anyone in the USA to build that rack for 700~800. Add another 50% and maybe. You have to realize when you figure in overhead in
America, no shop can afford to build for less than 75 an hour. Start with 800.00,
subtract 150.00 for cleaning and finishing, 250.00 for materials ( raw steel, gutter clamps, aluminum decking ) another 50.00 for random handling
( storage, packing, kit assembly ) and your left with 350.00 for fabrication.
That's less than 5 hours, start to finish. Maybe if production could be kept to 10
or more at a time, but then you'd be sitting on expensive inventory because I doubt you'd sell more than 10 in a year at 800.00 ( shipping would be not less than 300.00 ). Even if a shop could afford to sit on the inventory, the floor space to do it could be better utilized. Even a simpler rack like the ARB
would be difficult to produce at that rate
