Intermittent chirping noise from automattic transmission

Im getting a chirping noise coming from around the transmission area.

It only happens when in drive or reverse, not park or neutral. Also happens both when sitting still and moving. Any thoughts?

but it only happens while in gear.

It's pretty easy to see if the heat shields are use. They are above the cats and the muffler. Two of mine have come loose and rattled, although I haven't had a squeak. It's an easy fix by putting a fender washer underneath the heat shield bolt (as the shield rusts out right around the bolt).

You guys nailed it. Was the heat shield welded to the cats had come loose during the header install.
