The new look is not horrible, but Toyota has clearly made steps to go after the luxury crowd and has turned this Land Cruiser into a more flashy model than the 2011 model which was more understated luxury.

I like the interior revisions. It's more befitting the vehicle's price.

Looks like they finally found some real wood to put on the steering wheel after 4 years. Can't read Japanese but I hope it is anyway.

looks like a Lincoln, but if i had the cash it would be mine.

so, what's the difference? the 'wood' looks a bit different, but i don't see anything else.

About the only difference I can see is the terrible color and material choices. The light wood and the silver trim do not compliment each other. I much prefer the dark wood trim (even if it's fake) and darker accent trim around the NAV system over the new option.

Historically the mid year refresh has a full remodel inside. This is just a different wood trim offering which is completely feasible for a non us spec LC. Would the design of the new 2013 LC be in print magazines already???

I dont think so, Toyota is way more secretive and tends to wait till closer to the release.

I also have hard time believing they are putting LEDs in the headlights.....on the LX sure, but no other Toyota has them.

I am sure the LX570 is going to be updated as well. The Land Cruiser does need an update. Still a good truck, but it does need an update.

Kindy say sorry now ;)

Fat chance. Let's see pictures of your Hilux or Land Cruiser, username on the dash.

Come on. Just let it go. I think its better to ignore posts you don't care for or keep it in the thread that was started to address this kind of thing.

By constantly calling people out you are becoming just as much a troll.

Back to the regularly scheduled programming.

Ah ha! Troutrunner is also Pagemaster.

Just kidding. I agree, whole thing is getting old.

Sorry this doesn't please you but calling me a troll when I'm one of about 12 actual 200 owners on this forum is an interesting perspective. I'll cope.;) However, to make amends, I'll keep the call out contained in the Pagemaster Troll thread started by DNH 1 or Mark Z71, I forget which one.

On topic- I prefer the dark fake wood on the current model, never liked light wood as goes auto interiors.
