Blew another fuse again continuing to replace the leds.
looks like the problem is that in the process of putting the led light we are shorting both + and - terminals. hence the fuse blow up.
This is definitely go to sticky notes or public announcement on forum. Always remove fuse 54 for lexus before doing it to save some blown fuses.

I seem to have sorted it. 10amp fuse on RHD European model blown. I did notice when installing the rear LED on the boot/trunk unit that it is possible to short the unit
