Interior clips - anyone recognize where these go?

Hi guys,
I was removing my plastic center console (between the seats) for cleaning and found these two spring clips under the storage box. I suspect they go somewhere nearby.....
Look familiar to anyone?

Maybe something from under the seats?

@jblueridge, at first I thought so too but the seat springs are shaped differently and are a slighter larger gauge than these. I was wondering if they go inside the parking brake boot to hold it up but didn't see any evidence of where they go.
I can be convinced that the clip/springs go nearby, as it appeared they have been there a long time and the center console had never been removed before.

As a bonus, I found a Euro coin from 2004 and a 500 Italian Lira coin from 1984 under the console too.
