Had to pull the fuel rail to see if I buggered it when replacing the pulsation damper. What's the best route forward? A matched set sounds best, or am I better of just cleaning these and put new rubbers on them?

if you have a fuel injector cleaner, then you should clean them. if not, send ther in for cleaning, and testing. injector rx; witchhunter; etc

Just out of curiosity, what symptoms lead you to believe the fuel rail was damaged during dampener replacement?
