Infotainment reboot after using Siri to make a phone call ?

UPDATE - unfortunately the head unit replacement did not solve the original problems.
I am experiencing identical issues as mentioned in above thread.
Apple is saying it’s not a issue on their end and Toyota is saying they did what they could on their end.

It happens almost every time I use any Apple voice-to-text functionality, so I try not to use it anymore.
