Infotainment reboot after using Siri to make a phone call ?

UPDATE - unfortunately the head unit replacement did not solve the original problems.
I am experiencing identical issues as mentioned in above thread.
Apple is saying it’s not a issue on their end and Toyota is saying they did what they could on their end.

Bumping to see if anyone else having this issue.
it’s still happening to me once a day.
