True, With it being somewhat low profile wide and longer I would say it could do the same angles the 40's did back in the day.....Sorry I cant remember what it took to climb Fuji was it?
 
If your inclinometer is past 30. you're very close to tipping over.
 
The guages on the dash show 30 side to side, 30 front/ rear. The FJ teams here in moab have been futher in all directions and have not turn the rubber up in the air yet. Not to say in other area of wheeling, going past thoughs angle will have the same result. later robbie
 
I've had my 40 to 38 if that helps.

According to Toyota the max side slope is 41 and the max climbing grade is 30 degrees.

I think the 40's claimed 60° climb/incline capability
 
I've had mine this far, and it didn't roll - but it was so tippy that I was afraid to drive it out by turning downhill. Inclinometer was off the scale (above 30*)
