Anyone know of a good body shop in and around Calgary. My 88 HJ 61 took a big hit from a guy running a stop sign. And six months later I am still waiting for my truck. I know local supliers say they can get any part even from Japan in two weeks but it hasn't materialised for me. Has anyone else had these problems fixing their JDM,s.

What parts are they looking to get to complete the repairs? Lots of stuff is 6* series crossover, and many of the specific parts we have on the shelf from parted out trucks.

They have worked on HDJ81's, BJ's, GTR's, GTiR's and regular vehicles. They are a licensed collision repair facility and have AMVIC as well.

What problems are you having? Is it just waiting for parts? If the shop you have taken it too doesn't know where to get parts you might be waiting awhile.

if you want true "high end" work done then Maranello's is fantastic. they are EXPENSIVE but they do top notch work and have been around for centuries
(exageration). i have used them on some high end cars and they really do a excellent job.
another high end shop is Calgary Coachworks. i have never used them but they do extremely good work as well.

as for promises, talk is cheap. i watch as people make promises all the time and have problems following through...
take Greg up on his offer, they only sell very clean stuff...

cheers
