Hey y'all I've got a 98LC and my rear sags so quick. I would really like to improve the ride but don't want to go to a OME yet. Should I replace shocks with oem ones or what?

If it's sagging, I'd think that's the springs not the shocks. Maybe time for new OEM springs in the back.
The only way to counteract saggy booty is with air bags, or upgraded springs. With OEM springs, you will be back at square one very quickly.
The closest you will find to a stock set-up is the OME 865, with Fox shocks. This can help you sport another +/- 200lbs of load before she sags noticeably.
I progressed from here to 866's+15mm spacers, and already getting ready for 864's + air bags + ICON rear shocks. I need to put her on a diet.
