Pull the dome lamp fuse out BEFORE you install George's LED's....:flipoff2:

Yours truely did not and I fawkin' fried one of them.......

Note to self........"You know just enough about electricity to be a danger to yourself and others"...............:flipoff2:

Pulling the fuse guarantees that you won't fry the board. :)

I didn't think to do that, but did know to make sure the light was set to OFF before swapping the bulbs out.

Does George have dogs? :D

To expand:

The lamp housing has a lot of metal bits in it and the circuit board for the LED has some critical bits on the backside that MAY contact some of the lamp housing's metal bits when one tries to insert the LED board into the lamp body. I suggest that one should not act like a 6-year-old at Christmas and STOP TO THINK FOR A SECOND..:flipoff2:

So, do as I say, not as I do.........
