More goodies installed over the past few weeks on the “Bender Build”
-Budbuilt full skids including rear diff.
-Ironman front premium bumper w Ironman 12000lb winch.
-Dobinsons rear bumper w dual swing outs.
-front runner jerry cans and front runner floorboard water tank.
-homemade camera relocation to below the third brake light on rear spoiler (great visibility up there for anyone seeking a good spot to relocate.)
-just received JW rock rail/sliders. Need to sand and paint still. Super beefy and great quality welds. End of the week should be mounted up.
Some serious jobs getting the bumpers on. Some fabricating and modding required for both to jive, but alls well and fit is very nice in the end. If anyone is planning on doing either of these bumpers, please feel free to hit me up for questions regarding my experience with these.
All installation done solo, in my garage, music blasting, abundant coffee.
On another note. I just got the alignment performed this morning and drives very nice now. Had a slight pull to the right after the suspension went on but seems to be tracking straight now.
Still a little higher in the back but still quite a bit of weight to add back there with water/fridge/gear as well as the RTT and 270 awning still to mount. Also, I have hardly driven it since adding the lift as I have been installing stuff. Thinking the back will settle once all gear is onboard and I get a few miles on it.
That’s all for now…
