There's an existing thread on this topic but it's long and details can get buried so I figured I'd make a fresh thread for this video.

Ignition Coil failures on the 2UZ seem to be somewhat common and are easily diagnosed and fixed. Here I go through a quick demonstration in real time showing how to access the passenger side bank (even numbered cylinders) and swap coils for a quick diagnostic test. Engine codes are commonly P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305, and P0306. The last digit in that code is the cylinder which is having trouble.

The replacement Denso coil can be purchased through Toyota for a premium or through Amazon or Rock Auto if you're ok with non-Toyota branded parts. My Amazon Denso coil was the real deal, made in Japan.

I'd recommend purchasing a back up to carry in the car if you do long distance travel in your 100 series. My problem appeared over the course of 2-3 miles and really made the car limp along.
