New to LC as a whole, is this much to worry about? Happens about every 5 seconds or so

Not too sure if this is the right spot to post, sorry if not!

Ac clutch will cycle on and off and result in that neighborhood of fluctuation.
I disagree.

If it is the A/C causing it and it really is happening every 5 seconds, that's way too often and indicative of an overcharged system.

Agreed. My post was intended to convey 600-800 rpm is normal fluctuation as ac or charcoal cycle on and off. However, every 5 seconds is atypical.

The rpm change is normal. The frequency is not.

Could be a faulty throttle position sensor. Happened to my 92 corolla RPM fluctuates when idle, once I replaced it with an OEM TPS, everything went back to normal.
