C4. It was one off.
Same with Coastal Offroad. Very similar indeed.

The dissent front bumper is wonderful. I especially like how they thought about mounting the control box for the comeup winch. Hidden with great access.
nice bumper. That would be my choice if i didn't already have an ARB. Love the high clearance approach angle on this one.
So, that bumper was done by C4 for a few of their employee builds. I'm not sure if they ever did a group buy or not back in the day. It is not currently offered on their site.
