Me either...but it's closer to an LV than anything else...

Gentlemen, that is most likely a troopie or 45LP-based hunting rig, I bet most of the sheetmetal is local fabrication, similar to those commonly seen at safari lodges in East and Southern Africa.
 
My guess is that is was a 45LPB converted. The rear bed and wheel wells look exactly like the bottom portion of an LPB. If the front fenders are straight into the body and the windshield folds down that would confirm that. You are welcome to email me the pic and I'll post a larger one.
 
Look at the wheelbase, that's not the FJ45LV/SWB chassis, but the troopie/LWB chassis.
