Doing some maintenance on my LX and discovered a loose hose that connects to the drivers side of the top of the motor. Can anyone tell me...
  1. What is this hose for?
  2. Is it supposed to be loose?
I can rotate it by several degrees and also wiggle it side to side.
If it is a problem, is it safe to drive at all or should it be towed?

thanks for the help!

The hose is connected to the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve. It's a maintenance item. Be extra careful when removing the grommet. It will often crumble if it hasn't been changed in awhile. You can drive as you please. Replace at your earliest convenience.
