I saw that the other night....I guess I'm on the fence, but it looks like the same kind of roll ups they use on firetrucks....I mean the toolboxes have to worth a couple of bucks!

If the trailer is worth $1500-$2000...it's really not that bad for a finished, heavy duty aluminum cap.
