I want to purchase this 80! Help (1 Viewer)

I seen this 80 on craigslist. The only issue I have is that the 80 is located in Denver. I'm willing to travel not a problem but I was hoping that some one here on this forum might be from the Denver area that can swing by and check this 80 out for me and or give me any advise, pointers,etc.

There is a chance Slee Offroad (since they are located in a Denver 'burb) may have done the restore/upgrade...might be worth a call to them to see what they might know about your prospective rig.

Man, if I were you I would jump on that with a quickness. I would get all up in it (I'm talking knee deep!) I would mount it and ride that little lady all the way back to the Garlic City! I'd also have a friend, a partner in crime if you will, go with me.

I want to give you a heads up on this truck. When I was looking for my 80 six months ago this one was for sale. I had talked to the guy and planned to take a look at it. He told me that he had sold it. Same name, same story about how he has to sell it due to an investment opportunity. You might want to ask him why it was for sale back then, and is for sale again now. I would go take a look for you, but it's an hour and a half each way for me to go to Denver.

Thanks for all the feedback I'm getting. I have left the seller a message and numerous emails without any response at all. oh well It wan't meant to be. I'm looking for an 80, so if you know of one that's around the bay area let me know. The wife is leaving out of town so I'll have the weekend to check some of them out.
