I bought the unlimited Carfax and have one left (read: bought the wife a GX).
I have one VIN remaining and unlimited license plates till next month.

What does the license plate car fax do as opposed to the vin checker?

It does less, it doesn't go in depth as much as the vin check but is cheaper

Disagree-- the unlimited allows you to run 5 VIN and unlimited license plate checks. Having run both, they are identical.

On that note, I actually have two more VIN reports remaining.

Ah my bad, I had heard that it was different from the guy that bought my 80 a few months back. Good to know they're the same.
