Run it... I purposely skipped the FIPG step on a HG job 5 years ago using oem gasket and ARP studs and never had an issue.

That is great news! Sorry what is FIPG? I am assuming it is the sealant I should have added but just want to be sure. Do you think I screwed up by having thread sealer there?
FIPG -form in place gasket. It’s a Toyota thing. Run it with confidence.

Just an update. I think I am going to just run it and see how it goes.
that seal area is a just in case leak insurance type thing. I wouldn't worry about it. If it does leak I'm sure it will be nothing more that a weep.
