I know the feeling. Try so hard to stay on top of things and when you can't the first thing that goes is our Toys.......sorry to hear it. Don't give up yet. 
Just an FYI- I went and looked at Falconer's rig but basically it is a very solid tub with minor rust repairs over the rear wheel wells where mud had probably accumulated on a brackets. It looks as though the corners and rear channel is solid with pitting at the back of the tub on the inside. The fenders and such looked pretty solid and the PO had begun blasting the body and primed it.. The front seats are not OEM. He has a bunch of parts and Oh, btw it is a factory soft top model with a drop down tail gate. It is definitely a solid rig with a lot of potential and has not been chopped up. I'm not sure what my cousin wants but if you are serious about owning a 40 this is worth looking at.
