Bellevue is a pricey area. Not overly surprised.

wind fairing is on upside down and I don't trust a man who's winch cable is wrapped around the bumper like that. Not to mention the spool looks like dog****. I know the PNW is flooded with low mileage JDM 80s so it'd probably be tough to get asking price for this.
For every honest LC sale these days there are now multiples of folks who believe they’ve got the rolling stock equivalent of Amazon.
I don’t see how some guy in Bellevue would conclude his rig has tripled in value from residing in a pricey neighborhood, but no doubt there’s at least one way to rationalize it.
Imagine what others blunders have occurred in the past 20 years if he cannot even put the windscreen on correctly
