Just buy it, check it over and do the deal. It will probably be worth the same in a years time, so what is the risk. The amount of interest it is getting on here proves it would sell if its not to your liking. Just make sure there are no gremlins, if you do find any reduce the repair cost of there price.

Well? Did you buy it yet?!
Not yet, still waiting on more pics and video. He's going to send them next week and then if all goes good, I will send him a deposit and then wait till it gets here. I'm about 90% sure I will take it unless I see something in the pictures I don't like and I'm doubting that will happen. The seller is a good guy and he said if I don't buy it, he's going to hang on to it. He's went out of his way to answer questions and get more pics for me. I'll be curious if anyone knows this rig and what they think about it.

I feel like I've been sitting in my dentist's waiting room since this thread began. ;)

Well I guess it's official, I sent the deposit tonight. Should have it by the end of the month and now I have to wait.

I think you are getting a deal at anything under $20K for that truck. I have a '99 set up similarly, now at 118K miles, and I could not recreate it for less than $20k.

nice truck! If it makes you feel better, you can always say that you bought it for $10k and it took $9k to have it shipped.

great low miles. My 2003 has 116k and I consider that fairly low. The '00 I had probably has 175k on it now...

I agree whole heartedly. I might would have to do some thinking at $25k but $20k is a very fair price for a truck set up like that with ~100k on the clock. I think it would be a good price for a similarly equipped truck at 200k personally if you aren't going to have time to do alot of the work yourself due to the labor costs of outfitting a truck that much at a shop.

Nice buy! I too had reservations about spending the $ on my 100. Always buying old rigs i had never spent more than 4k on a 4x4. After driving it home that pit in my stomach turned to a warm fuzzy feeling. Now everytime I'm walking away from it I look over my shoulder and smile feeling like I got over on the guy I bought it from. Enjoy:)
