There is nothing special about them, you can get some at any parts store, just take the old one in and match it up

I am replacing the whole assembly, so yes they are different.

This is what I am looking for the correct Right hand drive version. I found a left hand drive version at the local auto parts store and although it works, it just looks wrong.

Anco makes adapters that you can install to run regular style blades. That is what I put on my RHD 74.
