So I am just piecing together stuff to order for the next trucks arrival so its not a scramble to order stuff once it gets here.
Can anyone confirm these fluid capacities?

Transmission, manual (H55): API GL-4 or GL-5, (4.9L or 5.18 qts)
Transfer case (with H41 or H55F): API GL-4 or GL-5, SAE 90, (2.2L or 2.32 qts)
Front w/ Dfferential lock 2.65 liters (2.8 US qts, 2.3 lmp. qts)
Rear 3.25 liters (3.4 US qts, 2.9 lmp. qts)

So I have been thinking of using this for the diffs:
AMSOIL - SEVERE GEAR® Synthetic Extreme Pressure (EP) Lubricant 75W-140 (SVO)

Would I need to bother adding this to the front and rear diffs?
AMSOIL - Slip Lock™ Differential Additive (ADA)

Now the h55f. Should I add the same stuff as the diffs?
OR
I also have this option for the transmission:
AMSOIL - Synthetic Manual Transmission and Transaxle Gear Lube 75W-90 (MTG)

Transfer Case, same stuff as the diffs or????

Grease wise: I will be checking the wheel bearings, greasing the suspension and driveshafts. NLGI #1 or NLGI #2 Grease?
AMSOIL Synthetic Polymeric Off-Road Grease - NLGI #2

I am open to suggestions. I am thinking about going the amsoil route if you haven't already noticed. I will be putting extended breathers on my diffs and e-lockers. i have been told the trans and transfer case breathers are a complete PITA to get at and It would basically get done when I would do a clutch change down the road. If someone can prove me wrong I would do it when i am doing everything else.

Use Amsoil GL4 for the transmission (MTG).

Use a moly for the wheel bearing and birfs - synthetic doesn't make that much difference when you're going with a higher end moly (I like the Moly slip brand, but it's expensive).

Lockers don't need an additive. You can use the same stuff in the diffs as the transmission - but it's pretty spendy stuff. It really makes a difference in the gear box to use Synthetic.

Transfer case - same stuff.

The trans breathes through the shifter.

The transfer case has its own breather - and it's not that hard to get at. It is a good idea to extend the transfer case and get rid of the silly little cap/valve breather.

Will do on the transmission.
Same stuff for diffs and trans check.

Just looked up my options for molyslip. Max moly in all of the grease choices is 3%. The amsoil grease that I posted has 5% moly.

The transfer case breather: I am assuming I have to add a barbed fitting to it? Does anyone know the size?
