Your front flange is the same OD as the rear. You might find you will have a similar amount of material left at the edges if drilled and reemed for larger cone washers

Do you have a spare flange to test with?
 
The factory studs sheared twice on my mini truck(they were torque to spec). Tried the trail gear ARP studs...total junk. They striped before even reaching factory torque spec. I've been running the FROR ARP studs since without issue. Torque them to spec before every trip. I'd give the FROR studs a try before making one off hubs/axle flanges.
 
So the 105 stuff is still on its way. I'm going to put in on a shelf and hold onto it. I spent some time on the phone with fror today. He told me their stuff is much better than something you would get from anywhere else because of thread engagement and they are rolled threads. It is also custom made for them from arp. Said they would be very surprised if I break them. I'm going to give them a shot and I hope he is right.
 
I don't want to swap to tons because the Toyota stuff seems strong enough but that might be what happens if I can't get this taken care of
