I JUST did this myself....I first took a drift and pounded them in, so they were wedged....then drilled and ez-outed. Piece of cake...


EDIT: cruiserdan had the studs/pins/washers/nuts all available....nice little kit he put together for me just a week ago, so the part numbers are fresh in his mind....
 
'bout every hardware store in the country has a 5-piece set you can purchase...$15-20 or so, complete. Tells you what bit size to start with, drill the hole, tap in the tool, and out it comes....works for lots of busted bolt situations...
