How to wire Braden electric motor

I've got the hots hooked up, but all it said in the instructions was to 'connect the ground'. but I'm not sure where the ground is, none of the options seem like a ground.

The two most likely are the silver screws/bolts on the side, they are not very big and they don't go very far before they hit something. There are two screws on the back holding on the cover.

Any help would be appreciated - other than 'put your tongue on it'.

whats your control pack look like?

first look says your black on the case is ground.
 
Control pack is standard Warn remote pack. The black cable is the +12 to one side of the motor. The red and green are the F1 and F2 that drive the motor forward or reverse when energized.

ground to one of those mounting bolts/studs in the face of the motor.
 
Thanks. So, it's just the case of the winch that needs to be grounded -that's easy.
